Dr Bhavin Soneji is a leading consultant and specialist orthodontist based in London. His areas of expertise include teeth straightening, smile design, temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), braces, as well as specific orthodontic treatments such as Invisalign®, WIN appliance lingual braces, Damon System braces, and conventional labial bracket systems.
 
Currently, Dr Soneji consults privately at the renowned dental practice, Serio Dental, a centre for excellence in oral health that offers state-of-the-art dental treatments, oral surgery, dental hygiene services, and facial aesthetic treatments.
 
Dr Soneji graduated with honours from Guy’s Hospital training his BDS degree. Throughout his training he received no less than 5 distinctions and 4 prizes including the London Bursary Prize for exceptional performance in paediatric and orthodontic dentistry. He has worked at several hospitals including the world renowned Great Ormond Street Hospital as a senior house officer in paediatric dentistry, where he developed his communication skills and dealing with medically compromised children. After being accepted onto the orthodontic specialist programme at the Royal London Dental Hospital, he completed a masters degree in orthodontics. He was awarded his membership in orthodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and is now recognised by the General Dental Council as a specialist in orthodontics. He continued his training to consultant level completing the fellowship in orthodontics.
 
Dr Soneji's professional journey includes consultant and specialist roles at a number of dental practices, and Milton Keynes University Hospital, where he holds an NHS post since 2015 and also served as clinical lead for orthodontics in the past. Recognising his contributions to the dental community, Dr Soneji has been honoured with various accolades, including the Prof Winters Prize in 2011 and the London Bursary Prize in 2005.
