Actual appointment was great, but I found the booking confirmation a little confusing. Had to chase after the initial contact with her PA. All worked out in the end and Dr Pilkington was lovely.

We met Dr Pilkington back in February 2017. Got a diagnosis the same day and started treatment two weeks later. Such a lovely lady, really positive and reassuring. Have been receiving amazing aftercare ever since.

Brilliant experience. She was really thorough in checking my daughter over. Had a great bedside manner with her, so much so my 2-year-old thought the trip to see her was a 'treat'. The consultants letter came over the same night and we have a clear plan of action for next steps.

Everything was perfect from the initial contact with Dr Pilkinton's PA to the appointment itself. Dr Pilkinton is very knowledgeable and listens to all your concerns. We are now waiting for a referral and will see Dr Pilkinton again in a few months for a review.
