Dr Barros lead the conversation well, asked me questions when appropriate and let me talk through what I needed to, even if not strictly relevant. I often struggle to open up about my mental health, but Dr Barros put me at ease very quickly. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Barros was an excellent help. She was patient, kind, thoughtful and gentle in her approach. She truly did put me at ease right away and made it easy to open up. She picked up on other issues and put things in place to help. I cannot thank her enough, I'm truly so grateful!

This was an online appointment therefore I cannot comment on facilities. I did have a slight wait and I did become anxious during that time. However, Dr Barros made me feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. She was also very friendly and relatable.

Dr Barros has a very calming attitude that puts you at ease so eases your anxiety so that enables you to calm down enough to get the best out of the consultation. She is clear about her action plans and follows through to completion
