My treatment and care was first class at every stage and by every member of staff that I interacted with from reception to surgeon. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault the level of treatment I have received from Mr Chou and his team from the diagnosis, the treatment advised, and all the aftercare. I am so grateful that he and his team treated me, an NHS patient, with the same level of care as any private patient, thank you.

Mr Chou is kind, sensitive & professional. I had both hips replaced, the wounds healed quickly with no complications and the scars are so neat. I would recommend Mr Chou in a heartbeat as best in class. I feel privileged to have been under his care and will be forever grateful.

Could timings for the operations be agreed prior to the day . I came it at 7.30am but the operation was not until 4.30 - I was very dehydrated with a terrible headache- nothing to eat so not in a great state for op. Totally understand this is tricky and still hugely grateful!

I was very happy with my treatment by Mr Chou and his team. My operation was well planned and successfully carried out. During my stay in hospital I felt well looked after day and night. The instructions for my recovery at home, including detailed exercises, were very helpful.

Mr Daud Chou was extremely helpful in my diagnosis and soon had me in for my surgery. I can’t thank him enough for taking away the terrible pain I had in my hip. My quality of life has returned since my surgery.

Mr. Chou performed total knee replacements on both my knees in operations six months apart. Both operations were completely successful. Mr. Chou has an extremely pleasant, personable manner; answered all my questions and was very reassuring. I cannot praise him enough.

The surgery and after care at the Nuffield hospital under Mr Chou and his team was excellent. Eight weeks on and I feel ready to live life to the full again and I’m not in pain for the first time in years.

In my opinion, Mr Chou is an incredible surgeon as well as always being polite, friendly and approachable. He helped make my surgery such a pleasant experience as well as keeping me fully informed of all possible outcomes.

After being referred to Mr Chou by the NHS the treatment received was great. Procedures and timelines explained in a clear and concise way. The op day was explained and ran like clockwork. The aftercare and physio also top class. I would 100% recommend the Nuffield and Mr Chou.

The operation went very well, minimum pain experienced afterwards. Little scarring and no numbness experienced.

The whole experience was great. The best bit was that I got a new hip, a new lease of life & ditched my pain & wheelchair to boot. I went into surgery in agony & nervous, but woke up comfortable & fixed. Looked after well by all staff & since then I have barely looked back. :O)

Mr Chou recently did my total knee replacement and did a brilliant job. I couldn't be happier with the outcome so far. The recent x-ray showed excellent positioning, the scar is healing brilliantly and I have a excellent range of movement in the knee. Mr Chou is kind and listens.

I had 2 total hip replacements within one year by Mr Chou. He was recommended to me by a radiographer colleague who had the same operation. The standard of care and expertise I received was excellent. 7 weeks post op I am dancing and cycling. I highly recommend Daud Chou.

This is easy as from the first meeting with Mr Chou the actual operation and follow up has been excellent. I was surprised to see him visit me in the evening of the day of my operation to explain how it all went. He is a credit to his profession. {SUPERB]
