Dr Felicity Kaplan is a consultant with over 15 years’ experience in endocrinology and diabetes, as well as general medicine. She is based in Hertfordshire at Pinehill Hospital and One Hatfield Hospital.
She specialises in treating thyroid and parathyroid disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and osteoporosis, in addition to diabetes and other areas of endocrinology. Dr Kaplan qualified from Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town, before obtaining a diploma in child health. She underwent further training to specialise in adult general medicine, diabetes and endocrinology and subsequently moved to the UK, spending two years at UCL Hospital London as a specialist registrar.
