Mr Shakir is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and took good care of me. He explained me everything and answered all my questions, I never felt rushed. The hysteroscopy was almost painless.

This is the second time I have been operated by this doctor and it is because of his professionalism, knowledge and careful work that I have chosen Dr.Shakir again. He is a specialist in performing complex gynaecological surgery which makes him expert in his field and would trust him without second thoughts. He will always prefer to take time and do the right thing that rush into anything which is very important on such important matters. I would recommend him to any woman that requires a specialist on fibroids, laparoscopic myomectomy, hysteroscopy etc.

You are an amazing doctor! Ready to listens and explain things to me in a way that I can understand. I ask lots of questions but Mr Shakir was patient to answer every question. Took time to explain the procedure and what will be done on day of surgery and advices me on medications I needed to take pre procedure. From the explanation I knew I was in a very good hands. Keep up the good work!!!

Mr. Shakir is absolutely exceptional at his craft. He clearly articulated my treatment plan and listened to all my concerns at each stage. He is a great surgeon - my recovery was so smooth and quicker than I had expected. Couldn’t have asked for a better consultant to manage my condition that I had been battling with for years. The comfort and end-to-end care he provides is beyond what one can ask for.

Fantastic doctor and a talented surgeon. I came to see Mr Shakir after years of struggling to get help with crippling pain among other issues. It was the first time I felt believed by a health practitioner, and he made me feel supported at every stage of treatment. He never gave up, even when my scans didn’t provide any answers. He’s changed my life, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with endometriosis.
