I cannot recommend Mr. Ellamushi highly enough. He explains everything in detail, in an easy to understand way and has a very patient and caring nature. Mr. Ellamushi and his wonderful team, have saved me from facing eventual paralysis, for which I am so grateful.

This is the first terrible experience I have had with a doctor - I was booked in for an appointment at 7PM & travelled for 25mins in pain to find he did not show up. Mistakes can happen but to get the receptionist to pass on a lip service sorry & promise a call back first thing in the morning demonstrates your character & professionalism. To make things worse: - No call back to rearrange in the morning nor the next day - No explanation for the no show once I get through to your office (only after I prompted) - I have had multiple promises of 'Call you at the end of the day' for other appointments & have had enough. Unlike any other field of work there is no accountability other than a review & switching to another consultant which I am doing .
