A very condensed video diary of my 4 week rehabilitation after a planned cholecystectomy. I did loads more than this, but it gives an idea of when I progressed movement groups and intensity levels. I wish I'd had a 'control' me who sat on the sofa for 4 weeks to be able to see how we differed at the end. At 4.5 weeks (as I type this), I still have some of the dissolvable stitches in and until last week, I wasn't able to do sit-ups pain-free! Music by BenSound.Com
