Ms Ladan Hajipour is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hand and wrist surgery in Manchester and Cheshire. She practices privately at HCA Wilmslow Hospital, BMI Alexandra Hospital and the OrthTeam Centre at Spire Manchester Hospital. She also works for the NHS at University Hospital of South Manchester, Wythenshawe.
Ms Hajipour's complex hand and wrist surgery skills are utilised in her treatment of patient referrals, transferred for combined orthopaedic and plastic surgery. Her expertise also lies in her ability to treat all aspects of soft tissue and degenerative hand and wrist disorders including carpal tunnel syndrome, thumb ligament injury and arthritis of the fingers and wrist.
Ms Hajipour is highly-qualified with a degree from the University of Dundee. She also completed her training in Newcastle, Glasgow, and specialist orthopaedic training in Leicester where she won many awards. She has clinical teaching and research experience; teaching regularly at University of Leicester, University of Manchester and is an honourary senior lecturer at the University of Salford.
