The hospital staff were friendly and the doctor is very good,BUT the office staff,ie the only secretary dealing with everything,is a big bottleneck and issue. Probably not her fault, as her hours are quite short and infrequent, but it makes the whole process very painful - avoid

I was very impressed by Dr Kumar and the speed with which he organised an MRI scan and blood tests, I appreciated his openness in explaining the time frame of what could be done by the NHS. Quality of care was superb and explanations were very clear.

I had to chase a number of times to get the report. whether this was the fault of the office or of Dr.Kumar, I don't know, but it was not acceptable when you are paying.

Appointments given quickly. Dr Kumar is friendly and welcoming, but at the same time very professional, which was reassuring. He was knowledgeable in his field and was able to carry out procedures within a matter of days. Strongly recommend .
