I was very pleased with all the staff the way I was treated, however I am disappointed that my personal details were regularly wrong even to my last final letter they had the wrong GP details. Also I was told my notes were lost between NHS QE Woolwich to Blackheath Hospital.

I saw Mr Abdus-Samee for a distal bicep tear - from initial consultation, to surgery, to follow-ups he has been excellent. The surgery went well and my physio couldn’t believe how quickly I regained full range of motion, which I put down to Mr Samee’s expertise and care.

Dr Abdus Samee, was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease I had suffered with a frozen shoulder for several months, I had an MRI within 5 days, which then resulted in a cortisone injection and ongoing physiotherapy was recommended, I am now pain free,

I give 5 stars to each of the above with obviously quality of care being the most important. I think Mr Mohammed Abdus-Samee was tremendous at every stage of the process and I am particularly pleased that he offered me an operating slot at short notice following a cancellation.

The 5 * is based on consultations to date. The operation success is required to make any recommendations. Wait time last visit was around 30 minutes. The reception staff are similar to those at a GP surgery, i.e. not overly friendly.
