Dr Noel Pollock, a skilled consultant in sports and exercise medicine based in London, brings more than two decades of experience to his practice. His expertise lies in the diagnosis and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injury. He has specific experience in hamstring injury, bone stress and Achilles injury, and manages an extensive range of hip, knee and foot/ankle injuries. 

In addition to his areas of expertise mentioned above, he also treats elbow pain, tennis elbow, and back pain.
 
He earned an MB BCh BAO with Honours from Queen’s University Belfast and furthered his education with an MSc in Sports Medicine from Bath University, showcasing a commitment to academic excellence.
 
As a consultant in sports and exercise medicine at the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health, part of the The Princess Grace Hospital, Dr Pollock specialises in various subspecialties including overuse injuries, Achilles injuries, football injuries, shin splints, and tendonitis.

Between 2006 and 2021, he served as the team doctor for the British Track and Field team, contributing his expertise to a span of 15 years. His involvement extended to a multitude of prestigious events including the Olympics, Paralympics, World Championships, and European Championships. A notable highlight was his role as the lead sports medicine doctor at the Athletics Stadium during the London 2012 Olympics. From 2016 to 2021, Dr Pollock took the helm as the Chief Medical Officer, overseeing the medical team for British Athletics. Following this, he assumed the position of UKA Chief Medical Advisor, responsible for governance and oversight from 2021 to 2023.
