Skilled listener, approachable demeanor, genius diagnostician. Ok, I may be prejudiced but she sorted my varied symptoms, and feedback to her succinct questions, quickly into an accurate diagnosis. As an international traveler, coincidentally from Cleveland, Ohio, it was a comfort to be in a familiar system, and to be seen within ten minutes. Additional compliment, as we found this 33 Grosvenor Place with help from Chelsea Pharmacy on Sloan Ave, Stella, wearing her Cleveland Clinic badge she and my husband made the connection to our home city, pointed him toward possibilities for a walk-in doctor visit, which led us to this location and Dr. Ruth Whitby. I am grateful for her, and the location's, professional, prompt service and, happily in my case, solved puzzle.

I recently had the experience of an initial consultation with Dr. Whitby and came away feeling both impressed and assured by her warmth, attentiveness, thoroughness, empathy and professionalism. She inspired complete confidence in me that I could put my health in her capable hands and was someone whom I could not only trust regarding specific medical concerns, but that she could also play an important role in helping to " connect the dots" with a more holistic, 360-degree view of my overall well-being. A skill so essential in a GP that seems increasingly rare to find. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr Whitby is a compassionate and thorough GP.
She really cares about continuity of care and shows diligence every time I see her. She will always ask me how other issues I have mentioned in the past are getting on to make sure they have resolved/improving.
She is pragmatic with her approach, and quickly refers me to specialist if she feels like my issue is beyond her remit.
I highly recommend Dr Whitby.
