Mr Sachin Agrawal is a distinguished consultant urological surgeon based in London. His areas of expertise include renal and bladder stones, blood in the urine (haematuria), analysis of raised PSA levels, and the treatment of both bladder cancer and benign prostate enlargement with novel techniques such as UroLift®, Rezūm, Bipolar TURP, and Greenlight laser therapy. Additionally, he has sub-specialty expertise in urological cancers, renal stones, and upper tract urothelial cancer.
Mr Agrawal consults privately at New Victoria Hospital and also holds an NHS consultant post at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals, where he has honed his skills in endourology, stone surgery, and minimally invasive surgery. Previously, he practised as a consultant at Charing Cross Hospital, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the outpatient flexible cystoscopy and laser service.
With over 20 years of experience and over 10 years in private healthcare, Mr Agrawal earned his MBBS at St George’s University of London, followed by higher specialist training in urology through the prestigious Northwest London rotation. Notably, this included training at renowned institutions such as Imperial College Healthcare and The Royal Marsden. Mr Agrawal further specialised by obtaining the esteemed FRCS (Urol) qualification from The Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Mr Agrawal is the clinical chair (medical director) at The Runnymede Hospital, a role he has held since 2021, and he is also a member of the medical advisory committee at Circle Health Group. From 2016 to 2019, he served as the clinical lead at Ashford & St Peters NHS Trust, and then went on to hold a trustee position at the British Association of Urological Surgeons. Mr Agrawal participates in the NHS GIRFT Bladder Cancer Group and has additionally lectured for several medical education programmes and internationally.
