Dr Tania Rafael Garcia is a distinguished consultant dental surgeon specialising in periodontology, based in London. She focuses principally on periodontics, dental implants, tooth abscess, bone and periodontal regeneration.
 
Dr Rafael Garcia completed her qualification at the prestigious Egas Moniz Institute in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2007. Simultaneously, she underwent one year of training in Madrid at the Universidade PIO X, earning distinctions and awards in both paediatric and geriatric special care.
 
Upon returning to Lisbon, Tania pursued her Master of Science (MSc) Programme in Periodontology. Following this, she primarily practised in the private sector while also contributing to her hometown hospital. During this time, she modernised the stomatology department and collaborated with an experienced surgical team. Upon relocation to the UK, she completed a modular surgical Periodontology degree and an implant residency, leading to her achievement of the Masters in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) degree in Periodontology in Birmingham.

In addition to the aforementioned areas, Dr Rafael Garcia offers a range of non-surgical and surgical treatments, encompassing conventional and regenerative approaches in addressing periodontal and peri-implant diseases, alveolar bone augmentation, and plastic periodontal surgery.
