I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience with Dr. Behrad Elmiyeh, who treated my mother's vertigo. Not only is he a master in his field, but his exceptional bedside manner and communication skills are unparalleled. Dr. Elmiyeh's ability to communicate clearly and empathetically helped us to understand my mother's condition and the treatment plan. He answered all of our questions and concerns, making us feel at ease throughout the process. Moreover, his exceptional skills in his field are evident, as he was able to cure my mother's vertigo with just two visits using the Epley maneuver. We were amazed by the results, and my mother has not experienced vertigo since her treatment which was 4 years ago, after suffering for 20+ years and being misdiagnosed by her GP and several other doctors. Her GP gave her the wrong medication which she was taking for several years before her visit to Dr Elmiyehs office. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Elmiyeh to anyone seeking professional and compassionate care. He is truly a master in his field with exceptional bedside manner and communication skills. I recently went to see Mr Elmiyeh for a follow up appointment and was greeted with a warm welcome. I felt at ease from the first minute which I also did on my first visit. Although my problems are minor compared to some people he took time to give me advice on the best way forward. I was able to discuss options that would help me and achieve a good solution. Should I have more severe problems in the future I would definitely see Mr Elmiyeh again.

On my first visit to Dr Elmiyeh my sister/I received a warm and pleasant greeting which immediately put us at ease because of his apparent sincerity . Having established I was the patient he asked about my reason for the visit he listened attentively and intervened with questions appropriate and most relative to my symptoms I was most impressed with his knowledge of my symptoms and my need to give further information as he was already aware of it all. He explained in detail the relationship of the anatomy and physiology of the affected part of my body . He explained in a way which was easy to understand, he carried out an examination explaining it’s condition , what he felt about his best plan of care would be. I was very happy I had chosen to be seen by him as my first choice of two Consultants I felt it was nice to admit that to him. He is obviously a very experienced knowledgeable professional in the chosen field of his career. What’s great about him? 1.He has good Doctor/patient relationship 2.His manner is re-assuring and professional 3.Good body language and good listening skills, is patient does not check his watch during a consultation 4.Is willing to answer any questions asked of him by the patient, is definitely non-dismissive 5. Gives helpful advice is pleasant and very likeable

I would like to highly recommend Dr Elmiyeh because he is the best ENT consultant I have ever met so far. My son has been receiving treatment from Dr Elmiyeh from the last 7 years and I cannot explain in words that how caring and professional Dr Elmiyeh is. My son was only 8 years old when he first met Dr Elmiyeh and he was not scared of all the operations he had gone through just because of Dr Elmiyeh’s friendly and caring nature. As a mother, I felt blessed that my son was having his treatment from such a great doctor who is so knowledgeable and who explained everything to me in simple words making it easy for me to understand the whole treatment process. Today, my son is a teenager and my son said he will never forget Dr Elmiyeh because if he is fully recovered and living a normal pain free life, it is just because of Dr Elmiyeh.

Highly recommended. I saw Dr Elmiyeh at BMI Syon Clinic for severe ear, nose and sinus infection and tinnitus. He made sure all tests are done in groups so I don't need to travel to the clinic to many times. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided a lot of resources on how to deal with my condition. Very helpful and caring - always with a smile!

Saw Mr Elmiyeh and found him a very caring doctor, sorted out my vertigo, which I had been suffering from March and I am now vertigo free after 6 months of suffering. My hearing is now back to how I remember. A very happy person, would not hesitate to see him again if I have further problems.

I had very complex operation of deviated septum, I was so worried as I could not breath from the one nostril at all. After long wait and hard work I met to Dr, Elmeiyeh, He explained me pros and cons both with the options and possibilities to make the things right as the similar surgery was so badly done by my previous doctor about 17 years ago. Dr. Elmeiyeh explained me what he will do just before the operation. Surprisingly, It was so big operation and it took roughly 4 and half hours but i didn't felt pain at all since the operation was done till I recovered. genuinely feeling to salute to the expert Doctors like him. Simply amazing. I strongly suggest anyone who are struggling to go to him without any hesitation and leave all to him, his expert hand will make all happen, I am fully sure that he will make it all right as it should be. Once again, Big Salute to Dr. Elmiyeh. who have given me new life.

I consulted Mr Behrad Elmiyeh about my experience and symptoms (difficulty breathing through the nose, feeling of blockage). An examination with an imaging device was possible right there and then. The outcome was that the internal middle section of my nose was only slightly curved, which seems normal. I was consulted which treatment options there are, but a treatment (surgery) wasn't recommended, since everything was within a normal spectrum. I was given information how I can work around it, e.g. during sport or sleeping, which is what I was looking for. I am glad I cleared up that I don't have anything abnormal blocking my breathing. Part of me hoped for a "magic silver bullet", but that's life. :) The doctor consulted me about devices I can use during sport and sleep that would help me, which is a good solution for me.

Meet Mr Behrad Elmiyeh at the New Victoria Hospital for a condition of suffering with a constant blocked nasal passage. He diagnosed Polyps, and ran through the options of solving them and suggested surgery. This was done at the New Victoria and was a great success. Mr Elmiyeh is very professional, has a lovely manner and goes through everything thing I needed to know, both good and bad. Would highly recommend this doctor, surgeon and would not hesitate to use him again.

I have seen Dr Elmiyeh twice, regarding a tinnitus condition in one ear. Most people feel somewhat anxious about a consultation with a medical Consultant, but he put me at my ease and made me feel able to discuss the issue. Following one test, advised I did not need more in-depth investigation at this stage. He spent time explaining the possible next-steps. I found his approach very level headed. He listened to my concerns and at no time did I feel rushed.

Dr Elmiyah is absolutely an amazing doctor. My 10 year old daughter had ear wax removal procedure booked with him and she needed to be put under anesthetic. On the morning of admission when he examined my daughters ears he recommended that he can conduct the procedure without putting her under anesthetic and if she complains of pain then they would put her under anesthetic. The whole process was performed very well with constant communication with myself and my daughter.

After I explained my situation and long term vocal problem(raspy voice) he checked my vocal folds and sent me to a voice therapist, now my spoken voice has improved and I am able to speak for longer without feeling strained. Mr Behrad Elmiyeh also told me how to take care of my voice and exercise proper vocal hygiene. Thank you.

He is a very good doctor. He did not give up on me. I miss a lot of appointments some doctors is quick to sign you off. But Elmiyeh did not he made sure he saw me and help me. My noise is better now. Dr Behrad Elmiyeh is a great doctor. I have seen him twice now and he is very professional, caring and informative. I went to see him as I have a problem with my nose but he also helped me with my ears and booked a follow up appointment for me regarding my ear problem when other doctors would have sent me back to the GP to wait months for a referral. Fantastic care.

My son is on the Autism Spectrum and sometimes find procedures at the doctor difficult, but Mr Elmiyeh was very patient he interact with him and was able to get the procedure done with no discomfort to my son. Brilliant service well done, I would definitely recommend this doctor.

I have been treated by Dr Elmiyeh 2 years ago. The day of my surgery he was present in the preparation room with all his patients. He explained individually the procedure and made sure everyone understood what will happen. My operation was more on the unusual side as I had 2 have 2 procedures in 1, but despite the difficulty Dr Elmiyeh had done a great job during the 3.5 hours I was asleep. During my check up appointments he made sure that all was in order in a very professional manner and luckily all was in order after 2 years. I only have the best to say about Dr Elmiyeh.

Our son had his polyps removed in Northwick Park Hospital about a year ago. The surgery was done by Dr Elmiyeh who did an excellent job, the operation running smoothly and quickly and effectively. All the symptoms pre operation are completely gone and our son now sleeps silently and peacefully. I found Mr Elmiyeh to be very approachable and friendly. He is well spoken and extremely knowledgeable. Mr Elmiyeh listened with great patience which put me at ease during consultation . Then I had thorough examination and was given options using computer images. After the operation, he visited me regularly and was reassuring everytime he visited me. I visited Mr Elmiyeh on 13th July 2018 at BME Syon Clinic in order to have a procedure to remove wax from my ear which had become completely blocked. Dr Behrad Elmiyeh is the most amazing Doctor . I went to see him regarding a nose condition. He was totally professional, supportive and caring. He explained everything in detail then let me decide my treatment after he had given me the information required. He also organised an allergy test and CT scan. He never rushed me and after my appointment he noticed i was unsteady on my feet. I told him I had vertigo from an ear infection and he spent another half hour helping me with the Elpey Manoeuvre. He didn't have to help me with this condition but he and all his fantastic nursing staff gave me 5 star quality care.

I would like to share our experience about Mr Behrad Elmiyeh. What is great about this doctor is that he is a wonderful and a caring individual. A total down to earth man with a great sense of humour. For two weeks we were waiting for an ENT, specialist to see, my 4 years old daughter in the Urgent Care at the Northwick Park Hospital, with no idea of any time in the near future, as she had put a bead into her left ear. She was in so much discomfort and distress. I was lucky to have found about this wonderful ENT, Specialist, and as we approached him, on the same day, he waited longer than his normal surgery hours to accommodate and see my daughter. During our meeting, Mr. Behrad Elmiyeh, was professional, informative, approachable and compassionate. following our enquiry and on the same day, within an hour, he performed his micro suction and other methods required to take the bead out of my daughter’s ear. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had the skill, expertise and experience of Mr. Behrad Elmiyeh through this difficult time. We could not be happier with the outcome. Mr, Behrad Elmiyeh was instrumental in providing to a personal circumstance that required prompt attention at the earliest possible opportunity for which our family are immensely grateful. My experience with Mr. Behrad Elmiyeh was totally positive. I have full confidence in Mr. Elmiyeh, and recommend him without reservation, for his Knowledge and proficiency as an ENT Surgeon.

My treatment with Mr Elmiyeh started approx 2 years ago and from start to finish i have had the most, efficient, professional and caring experience. I have suffered for quite a long time with mucus at the back of the throat, which in turn brought on a series of coughing and soreness. This lasted throughout the day, and I was unable to socialise, and more important, communicate in more serious matters without coughing. I have a very good GP who unfortunately after trying various treatments didn't have the answers, On hearing the gravel sounds of my voice, recommended that I should play safe and see an ENT specialist. It was my very good fortune to make an appointment with Mr Elmiyeh. I was made to feel at ease immediately. He listened to my symptoms carefully, and seemed to recognise them fairly quickly. After an examination, of looking down into my throat, through the nasal cavity, noticed the redness, and advised me to try a simple procedure before we go any further. I tried the procedure and it was a success. For the first time in quite a while I felt liberated from this dreadful and inhibiting problem. He is so amazing. Diagnostics seems to be his forte. I would certainly recommend this extremely knowledgeable, and kind doctor every time. My heartfelt thanks go to him.

I visited Mr Elmiyeh following consultations with my GP, Dentist and Emergency GP. I was sure that i had developed a Quinsy but had been told that they could not see anything. My Throat was very sore and eating and drinking had become impossible. On presentation to Mr Elmiyeh it was clear that i was very weak and looked very unwell, he was immediately calming and engaging as i explained what had been going on. After he investigated my throat he advised that I was correct and indeed had a quinsy and that he immediately wanted to drain the abscess, he explained that it was necessary as if it got any worse i would need to be hospitalised. He set about what he needed to do in a clam fashion and put me at ease despite an uncomfortable procedure. My partner who was with me was also distressed and he showed her every step of the way what he was doing and did all he could to keep us both comfortable. He prescribed painkillers and anti-biotics. I attended twice within two weeks post the procedure to check on progress. Im pleased to say that within 24 hours i was feeling better and within 7-10 days 100% better. I cannot recommend Mr Elmiyeh enough, he is kind, considerate and clearly an excellent healthcare professional. I was lucky to be under his care and would not hesitate to visit him again if i had any further ENT issues.

I've had breathing troubles for as long as I can remember and after a septoplasty operation with a different surgeon a few years ago, I was still left with unresolved problems as my septum moved back to block my nostril. I went to Mr Elmiyeh on the recommendation of my brother, and after just one consultation I knew I wanted Mr Elmiyeh to carry out the revised procedure. He has a very professional yet warm demeanour and he put me at ease every step of the way whilst being completely thorough with his explanation of the procedure. After already having had one unsuccessful operation with a different surgeon, I was hesitant to operate on my nose again but my consultation with Mr Elmiyeh erased all my qualms and I felt completely certain that I wanted the operation to be carried out. Mr Elmiyeh carried out a septorhinoplasty on my nose and I couldn't be more happy. Not only has he flawlessly corrected my septum so that I can finally breathe again, but he's removed the bump I was unhappy with and sculpted my nose beautifully. I feel like I've had a truly life changing procedure and I can't thank him enough. He noticed things and explored possibilities that no other doctor I met had, and for that I'm left being able to breathe properly and with a nose I'm so happy with. Not only is Mr Elmiyeh a fantastic doctor, he's an extremely caring man who you can tell is truly passionate about his job and about delivering the best possible result to each patient. He is a great asset to our health service and it's been an honour to know such a brilliant doctor. (His secretary is also extremely lovely and a pleasure to talk to!)

I was left with a bump on the side of my nose and breathing difficulty after an accident. After seeing many different doctors/surgeons who were unable to properly diagnose me I was offered surgery which I declined, I was then given the opportunity to meet Mr Elmiyah for a final opinion. Mr Elmiyah diagnosed my issues straight away (different diagnosis from previous surgeons), he prescribed me steroids which helped my breathing difficulties almost immediately after a year of problems. He then booked me in for surgery to have a turbinate reduction and to chisel the bump on the side of my nose. He gave me a very detailed explanation of the risks involved but I was still happy to go ahead. On the day of the surgery I was pleasantly surprised that he was there to greet me and make me feel at ease before the surgery. There was little bruising afterwards and the results were noticeable after just a few days. Now all the swelling has gone and it is fully healed I am delighted with the results and am extremely grateful.

Dr Elmiyeh operated on my 5 year old son removing his tonsils, adenoids and inserting grommets. My son was very worried but Dr Elmiyeh was so excellent with him by the end of our consultation my son was looking forward to the operation. The operation went very well and my son doesn't snore at all anymore. We are so grateful to Mr Elmiyeh, he is a fantastic doctor who gives excellent advice. I have been working with Mr Elmiyeh as a trainee GP for almost 6 months in out-patient clinics and the operating theatre. This experience has hugely helped me to better understand the management of ENT conditions in general practice. He is a kind and compassionate gentleman with excellent clinical acumen. He is very popular with his patients and colleagues alike. As a senior consultant with many years of expertise I believe that he serves his patients with an exceptionally high level of care. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to patients or to fellow GP for referrals.

I write this review to express my endless gratitude for Dr. Elmiyeh who has transformed my life in just 3 sessions. I was suffering from excruciating ear pain, loss of hearing, persistent nosebleeds, high fever and a flu for over two weeks, that showed no sign of improvement, even after several visits to GP's and hospitals. Therefore I visited the Clementine Churchill hospital who recommended me to ENT specialist Dr Elmiyeh. Within 15 minutes of our session Dr Elmiyeh correctly diagnosed my conditions and provided a series of medication to combat my sinus and ear infections. Within 24 hours I felt 80% better. The excruciating pain was relieved, my nose bleed stopped and I no longer required codeine for the pain. Within one week all symptoms but hearing loss had cleared up. Since, Dr. Elmiyeh has not only helped me through the full recovery process, but he has also picked up on other underlying allergies such as my life long hay fever and provided excellent insights, advice and remedies to reduce the impact. I suffered with breathing,sinus problems for over 50 years and in that time I saw many doctors. Most of the time I was brushed off with a nasal spray.I was very fortunate to be sent to Mr behrad Elmiyeh Who did all the checks(CT scan etc). When he got the results he told me my problem he told me what he could do. Thank the lord he did it. Now I wish I was feeling iike this 50years ago I feel like running the next marathon

Mr. Elmiyeh is a true professional. He takes the time to put you at ease and to explain each stage of your care. He is empathetic and understands the worries and anxieties that you might be feeling. After my operation he took the time to speak to me about how it had gone and advised me on my aftercare. My follow up appointment was detailed and I felt that he really knew me as an individual which cannot be easy when he must have many hundreds of patients. A remarkable doctor that I am lucky to know.

I had a on going problem for nearly 20 years breath from nose and after the operation I felt the difference straight away and I was welcome by the doctor and was very pleased if what he had to say and the way he made sure I was looked after was very nice and kind of him and I am very pleased with the end result and will recommend this doctor to all my friends and family. I have worked with Mr.Elmiyeh nearly 10 years and his patient care is excellent . My Aunt had a treatment with Mr.Elmiyeh and she is very satisfied and had a great treatment . Quality of work and treatment is outstanding . I trust him well and he treats everyone likes his family member and he is very friendly consultant too. I wish him all the success in future .

I have been under Mr Elmiyeh's care since summer 2014 when I suffered from Bells' Palsy; a by-product of care for that was a MRI scan of my head. A "dark Mass" was discovered in my maxiliary sinus. I was lucky enough to come under the care of Mr Elmiyeh. He did a very thorough examination, being very sensitive to my anxieties and needs at this time. He operated and demonstrated in word and deed that he cared about his patient. There were some unforseen complications, discovered in the next Out-patient clinic, again, Mr Elmiyeh demonstrated his care and concern for his patient and swiftly and decisively performed another operation on my nose. 2 years later and at a follow up out=patient clinic I was delighted to be able to tell his student attending, about the care shown me. I urged the student to pay great attention to this aspect of medical care too and how re-assuring I found the ENT care received under Mr Elmiyeh. Throughout my contact with him, I found him to be very clear explaining his findings, his proposed treatment and instructions of care for my problem. Keep doing just that Mr Elmiyeh:- a big well done from me.

Dr Elmiyeh was extremely convivial and honest and he helped me relax before my operation. Seeing him for my follow up appointment was great. He talked me through the whole procedure and allyed all my concerns.

Our overall experience was good. The doctor spoke very freely to both me and my son. We had 3 to 4 audiology appointments prior to that. But this time the doctor found out that my son's ears are fine and there is no need for us to come.

I cannot command Mr Behrad Elmiyeh highly enough. He is a very experienced and courageous doctor. When I first saw him a said in my mind: "this is a great doctor" straight away. He listened to what I had to say. He explained to my what was the problem and my problem was about to be solved. He took his job to a new level. He is not the kind of doctor to do fast and not very well. He takes his time and finishes the job that he has to do PROPERLY. He is a great doctor. I recommend this doctor to any other person, child or adult. Thank you Mr Behrad Elmiyeh, you are the best of the best!

Dr Elmiyeh is very polite while listening to patient's health issues. He is fully aware of patient need and suggest what is best for a patient . Doctors non verbal communication express how Kind he is towards patient care. He is alert and aware of what is going in patient 's mind as well. I lost my mum in last few Months and Dr has empathised and supported my grief. His professional approach is very good abd admirable.

Dr Behrad Elmiyeh is a fantastic surgeon. He truly is a very gentle and caring doctor, I would not hesitate to see him again should such a situation occurs again. He work is purely out of this world, he did a fantastic job on my nose and his care after surgery is extremely very good. He shows a lot of respect when meeting him and shows fully concerned if he is not happy and recommends lots of information that is required in order to a speedy recovery.

I was seen by Mr B Elmiyeh on 11 August 2016, about 11 days before a FESS procedure. This operation was recommended by another surgeon. I had wanted to be seen by Mr Elmiyeh on the day the other surgeon advised the operation because I was told he is very but unfortunately he was not in the clinic that day. Anyway I had an excellent meeting with him. He clearly exposed the risks of FESS, and told me he would manage the issue with medications. I felt quite relieved and so did my daughter who was with me that day. I am using the medication he had prescribed regularly. I am feeling relief and am looking to my next appointment with him in order for him to confirm physical improvement after examining my sinus. Thank you Idriss

I had problems breathing through my nose, and so had a septorhinoplasty. Mr Elmiyeh was great and explained everything in great detail and answered my questions fully. The operation went well and my breathing has improved significantly, he also did an excellent job at fixing the crookedness and bump in my nose. I was given great aftercare advice and I would recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT consultant.

Mr Elmyieh was brilliant and resolved the cause of my persistent cough of 4 years within the first 10 minutes of my first consultation. The follow up appointment was pretty effective too. I felt I was listened to and my concerns were handled with great sensitivity.
