Mr Satyadas is an amazing surgeon who came up with a plan for my treatment. He explained clearly what was going to happen. And everything went to plan. I was operated on a Friday morning and by mid-afternoon, I was able to eat again. I cannot recommend Mr Satyadas enough!

From the very first consultation Mr Satyadas made me feel at ease with such a daunting procedure of splenectomy and removal of pancreatic cancer tumour. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Mr Satyadas and his team. The surgery was a success and the scars are so neat and tidy.

The best service. After being referred to Mr Satyadas, I had my gall bladder removed within days due to gall stones. I was back to normal within a week with very small, neat scars that will fade. Mr Satyadas was very kind, diligent and professional - highly recommend!

Very quick recovery after robotic-assisted laparoscopy cholecystectomy - up and about straightaway (albeit with obvious limitations initially). No issues post-surgery. Excellent support before, during & after from Mr Satyadas and the team at The Alexandra Hospital, Cheadle.

I recently had my gallbladder removed by Dr. Satyadas and was nervous, but I needn't have been. Dr. Satyadas explained the procedure and patiently answered my questions. The robotic surgery was painless, and I was back to work in a week. An amazing surgeon and seamless experience. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Mr Satyadas was excellent. Not only is he an outstanding surgeon, he is also very compassionate, understanding and professional. Mr Satyadas always had time for us and was always very sincere in his approach. His team is also great and very supportive.

Mr Satyadas was extremely pleasant and clear with all conversation and instruction. Time from consultation to operation was only 1 week. All staff were very good. Operation at 9:00pm due to no fault of Mr Satyadas. Operation/recovery were speedy. I would highly recommend. Thanks

I am currently recovering very well at home after having had a whipples operation 3 weeks ago at the Alexander under Mr Thomas Satyadis. This doctor is fantastic, it only took 1 week from consultation to the operation his care and compassion was exceptional he goes above and beyond

1 2 3 4 5 Written by a NHS patient at The Alexandra Hospital 23rd April 2022 I am a Consultant general and laparoscopic surgeon who operates on Inguinal (groin) hernias, in the NHS and privately. I developed a hernia and immediately contacted Mr Satyadas, as I have seen him operate (and we have operated together on cancer cases). I utterly trust him, and also his team of Anaesthetists and theatre staff. I have woken from yesterdays keyhole (laparoscopic) hernia operation with no pain, (a slight twinge only on movement) which I know will improve. I can’t recommend Thomas enough, for both hernia and gallstone surgery. A great surgeon, team and also Hospital set-up. Even if you have to travel far to see him, it’s worth it.
