I recently visited Dr. Jain with my son, Gabriel, who was suffering from a chest infection and had a history of adverse reactions to antibiotics (including skin rashes). Gabriel had been unwell for more than 2 weeks, and 2 antibiotics that we tried, didn’t work.
From the very beginning, Dr. Jain was incredibly professional and understanding of our concerns. I was particularly anxious about trying another antibiotic, fearing it could lead to further reactions. However, Dr. Jain carefully assessed the situation, prescribed a new antibiotic, and asked for us to stay at the hospital and give him the first dose there and to ensure Gabriel was closely monitored at by both the doctor and the staff who were very supportive and kind. That made sure Gabriel was doing well, they offered him food and toys so he could feel busy and entertained while waiting/monitoring his condition after giving him the dose of antibiotics.
Thanks to Dr. Jain’s expertise and the team’s care, the treatment worked perfectly, and my son made a full recovery. I’m grateful for the kindness, patience, and professionalism shown throughout. Highly recommend Dr. Jain to anyone in need of thoughtful and attentive medical care!
