5 The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The nurses inspire confidence with their care and knowledge and catering staff are very efficient, and helpful too. The Mr Zafar Maan, the surgeon I saw, was exactly how you'd hope a surgeon to be -- brilliant. S. O

5 Excellent treatment from Mr Rajiv Pillai from start to finish. He recommended a HoLEP procedure for my operation and considering my age, nearly 80,it was the right choice for me. He explained every aspect of the operation to me and his follow up meetings were highly professional. K. P
