4 I felt dismissed at the start of our consultation, like I was not being listened to? I felt that Mr Moyes had a set opinion and had formed a judgment before seeing test results and scans. He did acknowledge that his initial opinion was incorrect and the appointment finished well. M. F

5 We have managed to find the issue of my son knee problems straight away. We have been to NHS several times and all they say is everything okay but with Dr Moyes he know straight away. Thanks a lot for that. L. G
