The 'Twilight technique' has made the experience of facial surgery so much easier for patients. Revision septorhinoplasty is one of the most challenging procedures, and it is a pleasure to be able to listen to an articulate patient describe what the aims are. Only with that level of understanding can we take the correct techniques and apply them safely. The conversation and communications of the 'analytic phase' are so important because that is what directs the technical skills to achieve a happy result. As the swelling in the nose recedes, we will see the shape and definition of the nose become ever more refined. I am also delighted that your breathing is so much better. It is lovely to see combination surgery come together where the result is greater than the sum of the parts!
