Professor Bance is the most charming and empathetic consultant I have ever seen and at 73 years of age I have seen quite a few. He is always ready to listen to you intently and you never feel rushed or as if you are being asked questions simply to tick boxes. Highly recommended.

Professor Bance had an excellent manner, he was clear, concise and confident in his approach. He was also honest as to his limitations which I respected. I had a very positive experience over all.
