Extremely talented and very caring undoubtedly one of the finest heart surgeons together with his support and back up team u day the overall Cleveland facilities you could not in my view find a Byers organisation and caring team to ensure that your arduous journey of an unexpected operation is in better hands. A remarkable experience that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone whom found themselves in a similar situation from arrival to post operation every detail was meticulously planned and thought out . An incredible nursing team as well as a great service well done team Cleveland .

I have just recently undergone coronary artery bypass surgery with Dr Max Baghai. From the start of the process to where i am today is a testament of the great care and professional standards given to me by.the extraordinary team of medics and Nursing Staff at the Cleveland Clinic Under Dr Max Baghai..
The quality of care and supervision is in a class all on its own. the confidence of those who attend to me during my period of Intensive care is without doubt part of a well planned and disciplined support team finely honed by this exceptional team of very talented professionals. The real benefit you do not, appreciate until you start your rehab. The care and supervision, although not always visible, is amazing. Any one that finds themselves in a position that requires heart surgery without any hesitation should make contact with Dr Max Baghai Team. They deserve a huge thank you from me and my family

I am writing this eight weeks after two heart valve repairs done by Mr Baghai at the Cleveland Clinic. Despite having to go through my sternum, I have had no pain from this operation, the scar has healed well and I have received wonderful care throughout. Mr Baghai has made a real effort to explain things simply and has kept involved in my aftercare, which has made all the difference to my recovery. I feel very fortunate that he was my surgeon.

Mr Baghai recently performed a minimally invasive mitral valve repair on my heart. The treatment I received was exceptional both by him and by all at the Cleveland Clinic. I cannot recommend him highly enough and feel extremely fortunate that I was operated on and treated by him. Not only is my heart in great shape, the scars 11 weeks on are surprisingly neat and small. To say that I am grateful is a huge understatement!

Mr Baghai undertook a triple bypass for me in July 2023. My case was far from straight forward - I wouldn't have made it through a life changing procedure without the skills and support of Mr. Baghai and his team.
I'm aware his peers rate him very highly for his skills, experience and intellect as one of the top practitioners in his field (rightly so), but what stood out to me as a patient was his communication, empathy and down to earth demeanour. Every time me or my family spoke to him with about any concerns or anxiety about my condition, the interaction ended with a smile on my face - I felt I was in the best of hands and that confidence has helped my recovery.
The team around him are world class (Karen, Jessica - thank you) and the brilliant nursing staff at Cleveland Clinic deserve a whole review by itself.
Me and my family are immensely grateful to Mr Baghai for their care.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Dr Baghai. He is very good at explaining what the issues are and what needs to be done. He takes time to listen and respond to what must be basic questions. He has a very good "bedside" manner and puts you at ease. He also makes the time to come back to you if you have concerns, often after a busy day for him in theatre. I had every confidence in his skills, which are first class.

I had total confidence in Dr Baghai. He communicates well and was patient with both my and my wife's questions.He came round to see me at weekends and other times out of normal office hours which showed great commitment.

Mr Baghai treated me for Aortic Stenosis and Coronary Bypass. From the initial consultation, through the day of procedure and post op, Mr Baghai explained every aspect and option very clearly. His approach filled both myself and my wife with confidence and assurance about the operation. The care and consideration shown by Mr Baghai and his team was exemplary
