Dr Chattopadhyay was great at going through all my symptoms and giving me firm advice and a treatment plan to resolve. Just want you need and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her

In my visit, she said various medication options. Some explanations were unclear, she used complex terminology and then asked which medication I would prefer. I did not feel very welcomed and I would have liked someone with more empathy, even though i could take away some advice.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is indeed very disheartening to read your feedback though, especially because I discussed the condition and the management options, going through individual choices meticulously, with the intention that patients should be fully informed about the disease they are suffering from. I also chose the best treatment option for you, considering the circumstances of your special situation. I answered every query you had and was fully empathetic to your unique challenges. At the end you confirmed that you fully understood the management plan and did not have any further query. I ended up spending more than the allocated time for the consultation since I strive to give time to patients tailored to their individual needs. Please know that I deeply care about every patient’s experience and try to create a welcoming and empathetic environment for all of them, as is exemplified by the feedbacks I always receive from my other patients. I regret this was not the way you felt.
