After having a bad experience somewhere else I booked in to see Dr Natalie Philips. I was actually recommended her by my sister-in-law but because of availability I chose to see someone closer to my work. After having a bad experience there I was very pleased to get an appointment with Dr Natalie. She instantly put me at ease and had such a lovely aura about her that I knew she was going to make me feel better. She explained everything really clearly and the advice she gave was amazing. The issues I faced were also cured. I really did have such a great experience and would recommend her to anyone.

Thank you Dr Natalie Phillips in putting me at ease when I first went in for my consultation and exhausting every avenue to try to find the root cause.
I have been to see Dr Phillips twice now and on both occasions I have left feeling reassured.
I went in initially due to my rosacea flaring up and some mild gut symptoms, whilst running tests we found that my vitamin D levels were severely low.
I appreciate Dr Phillips positive demeanour and helpful attitude. I did not feel any judgement with Dr Phillips, in my follow up I reported migraines where she referred me to a specialist.
I have recommended her to my friends and family who have also echoed my views

Dr Phillips was very supportive and performed my procedure with care. She was very polite and understanding of my situation. She listened to all my concerns and was prompt with the investigations and referrals to other specialists for their opinions on other medical areas that were also of concern.

During my 2 visits in 2022 and the procedures in January 2023, Dr Phillips set the highest standards of patient care and professional attention. Courteous, sympathetic and clearly keen to find out my view of my problems, Dr Phillips allowed plenty of time for consultations. She listened intently to what I was saying; and then explained the background to my medical problems and the actions she planned to take to resolve these in clear, plain and simple language that I could understand.
Dr Phillips' whole attitude and medical style boosted my confidence and convinced me that she would be the best possible clinician to deal with my situation.
I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr Phillips to anyone requiring a consultant in her field of medecine.
In her actions, Dr Phillips was well supported by her helpful and efficient PA and personal team.
I cannot think of any improvements to the care Dr Phillips and her team provided: I have seldom found such high standards anywhere.

Very professional and easy to talk to. From start to finish, Dr. Phillips was very informative, considerate and answered all of my questions. I felt totally at ease with my procedure and consultations thanks to her great explanation of everything. Would highly recommend Dr Phillips if you are looking for a Gastroenterologist.
