5 My case was not as straight forward as most as I was involved in RTA 30 years ago and had a lot of scar tissue. Mr Abou Chedid consulted with a general surgeon on my case and between them they were able to perform my surgery without any complications. M. E

5 Whilst I was told on diagnosis that the wait time was 16 weeks +. I was keen to have Wissam to perform my surgery as I was impressed at our first consultation, so I was prepared to wait . My post operative experience/recovery is better than anticipated D. L

5 I cannot fault any of the service I received from Mr Abou-Chedid or his time. I have given the "Wait Time" a lower score as there was a 12 week wait until the Operation - I worried what was occurring in my body between biopsy and Op. Also, wait from 7am to midday for op, dragged. C. W

5 Dr Shaffer and all the staff in the Cromwell were brilliant. Unfortunately, the radiography machines broke down on several occasions, causing waits and rescheduling of my treatment mid-way through the second treatment series. J. B

5 I thoroughly recommend Mr Wissam Abou-Chedid and the team whose care and professionalism was excellent throughout. I was dealt with in a timely manner. I cannot fault the RSCH Day Surgery Unit and feel lucky to have been under their care. N. T. T
