5 After my first meeting with Mr Houlihan-Burne, I felt very comfortable with his commentary on my knee and feel quite satisfied that once my MRI scan is complete, that Mr H-B will provide me with the very best advice and treatment to deal with the knee problems that I have. JW J. W

4 Nurse taking blood pressure/weight and measurement was totally uncommunicative with me and almost lethargic! This made the start of my interview with the doctor off-putting.The doctor himself was less informative than I would have liked, but was friendly and considerate. D. H. H
