The team coordinates tests, assess patient condition and provide medication or minor treatments on the same day, where medically possible. If a patient's case is more complex, HCA UK at The Shard will ensure you have an onward health plan than may involve further treatment. This will either be at London Bridge Hospital or closer to the patient's home.
