I had a breast augmentation at the end of October, Mr Mohsen El Gammal was very thorough with the pre op information and also made me feel very comfortable about the procedure and that we had covered all the relevant points.
My surgery went well and my post op check ups also went well with no issues or concerns. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Mr Mohsen El Gammal to anyone who is thinking about it and not made uo their minds.

Mr El Gammal made me feel at ease and confident as soon as I met him that I have chosen the right surgeon. He really listens to you during the consultations and answers any questions I had. The outcome of my breast enlargement surgery really speaks for itself, they are more perfect than I could have ever imagined them to be and I’m absolutely delighted with them. I cannot recommend Mr El Gammal enough if you’re looking to get breast surgery.

Mr. Mohsen was a great doctor who really explained everything to me about my surgery and allowed me to ask lots of questions. He was realistic with what I could expect and took the time to really assess me as an individual case rather than looking at me generically.
I trusted him completely and really liked that he showed me examples of his previous work so I had a reference point.
I would recommend Mr. Mohsen to anyone who is having surgery.

In May I had BA with Mosen El Gammal. I honestly can’t recommend him enough! He is the loveliest man and an incredible surgeon! He listened to what I wanted and explained to me what would look best for my size/shape. He was very patient and thorough. I felt very comfortable and left my first consultation feeling completely confident in him! He is amazing. I’m so pleased with my results- even more so than what I thought I would be! I would recommend Dr El Gammal to everyone looking for first class care and excellent breast augmentation results! 5*

After being diagnosed with breast cancer it was a scary time for me, however Dr El Gammal and his team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I knew from day one that I was in good hands. The treatment moved quickly without any issues and I’m so grateful to them. I’m now post treatment and a very happy lady. Thank you guys so much for the hard work you do I know I’m grateful.

I had a lumpectomy and lymph node removed at Medway Hospital by Mr Mohsen El Gammal. He was very professional and reassuring and explained the procedure and listened to my concerns. Scarring is barely visible. I received first class care and cannot express my gratitude enough to both Mr Mohsen El Gammal and the NHS.

Where do I start apart from saying a huge thank you to Mr El Gammal. I had a breast augmentation done on 05 June 21 at the Spire Alexandra Hospital, the care I received was amazing but the surgery has made me feel like the most confident women on the earth right now.
I used to have ok sized breasts but due to medication in my 20's they became very small and I felt self conscious and always considered a breasts enlargement but was to scared but after finally getting the courage and do it I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made and I wish I had done it sooner.
Mr El Gammal knew exactly what look I was after and also advised me on what would look right or wrong. Amazing surgeon, amazing care team, amazing results

Following a routine Mammogram in January, and further Biopsy's and MRI scan in February I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. In March Mr El Gammal operated and removed the cancer in my left breast and LCIS from my right breast. 5 weeks later a further operation was needed to clear the margins in my left breast. My surgeon was helpful, precise and made me feel safe in his hands. I cannot thank Mr El Gammal and his team enough for the quick actions and the care I received during this very difficult time. I would also like to thank the operating staff and the Sunderland ward staff for their care during my stay.
Once again I am so thankful to them all for the wonderful care I have received.
