5 Dr Mashru is very approachable and immediately put me at ease. My symptoms were not clearcut so Dr Mashru extended my consultation time, without any additional cost, to ensure he had all the information he required to determine if a diagnosis was appropriate. He also provided a further short call and some email back and forth to provide reassurance and advice. Dr Mashru was thorough and clearly very competent. I would not hesitate to recommend him. A. M
