5 For Covid issue, booked an online appointment with Dr Ogden days ahead. The Lagom clinic found space to fit me in the same day. Had 30m consultation with Jack, very empathetic, allayed my fears, & followed up with viral consultant's opinion. Awaiting PCR test results. B. W
