Dr Mansour, who is a lecturer at the London Dental Institute, graduated with honours from Alexandria University, Egypt, in dental medicine and surgery in 2008 before going on to complete an additional four years of training in orthodontics and facial aesthetics. He was awarded membership of Edinburgh’s Royal College of Surgeons in orthodontics in 2016 and continues to attend training courses on the latest innovations in orthodontic appliances. In 2016, Dr Eslam’s academic paper on new techniques for faster orthodontic treatment using the MUST appliance won the European Federation of Orthodontics award for best clinical paper and he continues to contribute to internationally recognised academic journals in the field.
