Dr Ahmed Kadir is a highly regarded and experienced consultant paediatric gastroenterologist practising at New Victoria Hospital who specialises in paediatric nutrition, paediatric inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, and allergic gut disorders. His clinical expertise encompasses vomiting, gastroesophageal reflux, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, food allergies, as well as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Dr Kadir successfully obtained his medical degree from the University of Karachi in 2002 and before going on to pursue paediatric training in London. He further specialised in paediatric gastroenterology, gaining experience at prestigious institutions such as Great Ormond Street Hospital, King's College Hospital, and the Royal London Hospital. Additionally, he earned a master's degree in gastroenterology from Queen Mary's University of London.
In 2016, Dr Kadir notably became a full-time consultant paediatric gastroenterologist with the NHS and currently practices at the Royal London Hospital, part of Barts Health NHS Trust. He has also served at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.
