Professor Carmichael is amazing , she has looked after me for 5 years now . She was so kind to me following my breast cancer diagnosis and through out my surgery and treatment when I often felt bewildered and scared . Her skill as a surgeon are second to none my scars are so neat

Prof. Carmichael has a lovely, caring manner, explains your treatment in details you can understand, answers any questions in detail, very approachable and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Would definitely recommend her

From diagnosis to treatment of breast cancer, I can’t believe how fast and efficient Mrs Carmichael dealt with my prognosis. She is such a calm person who even made me smile on the worse day I’ve ever experienced in my life by her reassuring manner.

Very efficient service Mrs Carmichael was very clear and concise and I would highly recommend. The ladies that looked after me when I went for my first appointment with the scans and mammogram were really informative and put me at ease.

Approached with compassion, sincerity and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was explained clearly and all questions (even silly ones) were answered with respect and care. I would highly recommend Prof. Carmichael and nurse Rachel. Lovely people.

Professor Carmichael is very kind and friendly. She explains your treatment in a way that you understand all your options and listens to what you have to say. Her nursing staff are excellent and always available to speak to if you have a problem.
