Mr Anand Muddaiah is a consultant ears, nose, and throat (ENT) surgeon at Spire Cheshire Hospital. In addition to a range of general ENT treatments and procedures, he specialises in hearing loss, ear wax impaction, tinnitus, and sinus surgery.

Mr Muddaiah completed both his initial and specialist training in India, and by 2013, had completed the specialist training requirements in the UK at the northern deanery. Upon finishing his paediatric ENT training at the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow in 2014, he began his career as a consultant, and has performed thousands of ENT and paediatric surgerical procedures. Currently, he is the governance lead and head of the bone conduction hearing implants (BCHI) service at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

Alongside his clinical work, Mr Muddaiah is passionate about medical education and regularly teaches Royal College of Surgeons-recognised courses and at the Royal College of General Practitioners for over five years, with consistent positive feedback from his students.
