Mr Breck Lord is a leading consultant orthopaedic hip and knee surgeon based in London. He specialises in sports injuries, such as complex multi-ligament knee injuries, patella dislocation, and ACL and PCL ruptures. Notably, Mr Lord is highly proficient in joint preservation surgery, including meniscal repair, hip replacement, osteotomy procedures, and partial and total knee replacement. Mr Lord consults privately with the renowned OS Clinic, at Bupa Cromwell Hospital.
Mr Lord, who consults privately at the renowned OS Clinic, originally qualified from University College London in 2006. He holds the esteemed FRCS (Tr & Orth) from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and additionally earned an MA from the University of Cambridge, as well as a PhD in Knee Reconstruction Surgery from Imperial College London.
His specialised training includes a fellowship in trauma surgery at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, a fellowship in joint replacement surgery at St George’s University Hospital and the South-West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre, and an international fellowship in knee injuries and joint replacement surgery at North Sydney Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre and OrthoSport Victoria.
