Mr Daniel R. Cohen is a highly distinguished consultant orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in complex lower limb surgery, with a particular focus on hip and knee replacements. His other areas of expertise include joint injections, knee arthroscopy, minimally invasive knee and hip surgery, and partial knee replacement surgery. He currenty practises at The Highfield Hospital. 

Mr Cohen, who is renowned for his expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques in orthopaedic surgery, received his medical education and surgical training in top institutions across the UK, further honing his skills through advanced fellowships. He was notably awarded a commendation upon successfully completing his MB ChB at the University of Liverpool in 2000 before going on to undertake higher surgical training on the Mersey rotation. 

Impressively, Mr Cohen was appointed as the John Charnley International Arthroplasty Fellow at Wrightington Hospital, in addition to national and international travelling fellowships at globally established hospitals such as Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, USA, Musgrave Park Hospital, Belfast, and The Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham. Mr Cohen, who is also a current honorary senior lecturer at the University of Salford, has been the recipient of the Jacques Duparc Award from the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics & Traumatology.
