I’ve been in Dr Sethi’s care since my ACL and meniscus injury in June 2024. Since day 1, I felt in great care. Dr Sethi took his time to take me through the mechanisms of the injuries, treatment options and the rehab required from them all. He answered all my questions promptly and worked with me to ensure I felt comfortable with the treatment decisions made. When the decision to go ahead with the ACL reconstruction (quad graft) and meniscus repair was made, Dr Sethi and his team handled this incredibly, ensuring all the admin was handled smoothly. On the operation day and at the regular follow-up appointments, Dr Sethi again treated me with such care and attention, working closely with my physiotherapist to provide the best rehab possible. I highly recommend anyone needing expertise orthopaedic advice to seek out Dr Sethi and his team!

I have had longstanding problems with my knee following multiple sports injuries and an injury sustained in the military. As a result I have seen multiple specialists and unfortunately I have never had a resolution of my symptoms.
I went to see Mr Sethi and he was amazing, he was the first doctor who listened in detail about my problems and he examined me thoroughly. I got a scan at OneWelbeck the same day and Mr Sethi called me to go through the scan and discuss my options.
Mr Sethi is clearly an expert in his field and is the best doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Mr Sethi has been brilliant at advising and treating me for my knee problems.
I went to see him for a second opinion and it was refreshing and reassuring to meet a surgeon who did not push me towards surgery.
His advice has been perfect, he referred me to a brilliant physiotherapist and got a knee brace for me - so far I am doing very well and glad that I have avoided surgery.

I am very happy with the outcome of my knee replacement with Mr Sethi.
From day 1 he has been clear about my options and he prepared me well for surgery.
Everything went according to plan and I am now pain free.

Outstanding ! Can`t thank you enough ! Sports injury-Right knee hamstring graft ACL reconstruction and chondroplasty medial femoral condyle-sounds scarry i know. Mr Sethi is a wonderfully kind and compassionate surgeon. He really listens to his patients and does what is best for them (without pushing them towards surgery).

Very pleased - Mr Sethi took his time to explain the options I had following my ACL tear. Ultimately as I wanted to remain active at a high level, I had an ACL reconstruction which has been successful!

I sustained a very serious injury to my knee whilst playing football (ACL, MCL and bucket handle meniscal tear). Apart from the pain I was very anxious about my future prospects and the long term.
Mr Sethi put me at ease from the first consultation with him, I knew I was in safe hands.
He explained the urgency of treating the meniscus and to try and repair it rather than trim it (something another surgeon had suggested). Surgery went very smoothly.
The rehab was hard, but I was prepared for it. It is now 10 months from surgery and my leg is getting stronger weak by weak, I have started some gentle football training and my knee feels great, all thanks to Mr Sethi's skill. I am looking forward to getting back to playing football in a couple of months.
I am so grateful to Mr Sethi and his team, the physiotherapist he referred me to was also excellent - if you have a problem with your knee, you cannot go wrong with Mr Sethi.

I am delighted with the results of my partial knee replacement. I am completely pain free, 6 months after surgery I have been back hiking in the Welsh mountains and have a trip planned to New Zealand later in the year.
Thanks to Mr Sethi's skill I have got my life back and enjoying it to the maximum.
