Professional statement
Mrs Fiona Tsang-Wright is a consultant breast and reconstructive surgeon, treating all aspects of breast disease and specialising in breast oncoplastic surgery, breast cancer, and benign breast issues. She practices privately with HCA across several locations in London, including the Chelsea Outpatients Diagnostic Centre and the Women’s Health Centre.
Upon graduating from King’s College London in 1998, Mrs Tsang-Wright went on to complete her general surgery training and gain specialist experience in breast and reconstructive surgery at North West London institutions such as Charing Cross Hospital, St Bartholomew’s Hospital, and the Royal Marsden Hospital. In 2018, she was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. In addition to her work in the UK, she also cared for patients in Singapore, the UAE, and Hong Kong. From 2021-2024, she was appointed Trust Cancer Clinical Director for the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
Mrs Tsang-Wright, in addition to her clinical practice, is an educational supervisor for the Oxford Deanery Higher Surgical Trainees, tutor and examiner for the University of Oxford and the University of Buckingham Medical School, and is an assistant professor at St Georges University in Grenada, highlighting her commitment to medical education.
Mrs Tsang-Wright’s clinics are a one-stop assessment, meaning that appointments are augmented with a team that includes a radiologist (for biopsies, mammograms, or ultrasounds) and a breast care specialist nurse, ensuring a full assessment at the first consultation and that the patient experience is optimal, without anxiety or unclarity. She is interested in risk-reducing procedures and breast issues in younger women, including paediatric patients.
