Mr Hatem Abdellatif is an accomplished dentist based in St Albans who specialises in all aspects of endodontics. Mr Abdellatif qualified from Alexandria University in Egypt in 2002. Following a two-year training in prosthodontics, he relocated to the UK to further train in oral surgery. Mr Abdellatif was later appointed senior house officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery departments in Basildon and in London, where he performed the full range of procedures and also served as part of the head and cancer team.
In 2008, Mr Abdellatif became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons. He then went on to practise as a full-time dentist in Hertfordshire, during which he was awarded a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry with specialist interest in Endodontics from the RCS, and became a member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners.
After moving back to London, Mr Abdellatif obtained an MSc in Endodontics from King’s College London in 2016 before going on to accomplish additional training in state-of-the-art digital smile design systems. He is now one of the only few providers in the UK in the First Fit system for porcelain veneers. A member of the British Endodontic Society, Mr Abdellatif works to achieve a smile that is visually harmonious and functions without flaw, helping his patients to look and feel the best version of themselves.
