Professor Jarrod Homer is a leading consultant ENT and head and neck surgeon, based in Manchester. He is one of the U.K's leading head and neck cancer specialists and most experienced rhinoplasty surgeons. From his private clinic at The Alexandra Hospital and The Wilmslow Hospital, he attends patients in need of head and neck surgery, thyroid surgery and treats various conditions, some of which are related to the voice and snoring.

After the completion of his medical training, Professor Homer attended the internationally renowned head and neck unit at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, Australia for further training and holds a higher research doctorate with the completion of a training fellowship. He is currently honorary clinical professor of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Manchester, where he has been awarded £1.5M in research grants. Professor Homer has a number of affiliations with medical societies and institutions, such as the Royal College of Surgeons and British Association of Otolaryngologists-Head and Neck Surgeons.
 
In addition to his private practice and teaching, Profesor Homer leads the head and neck cancer teams at the Manchester Royal Infirmary and The Christie hospitals. He is also nationally recognised for his cosmetic rhinoplasty work, having successfully completed 1000 rhinoplasty operations. He is an exceptional writer, with over a hundred peer-reviewed publications and he has been invited to lecture for various audiences both nationally and internationally.
