Mr Javed Arain is a skilled surgeon with a special interest in colorectal surgery in Greater Manchester and Liverpool. He specialises in the treatment of haemorrhoid surgery, anal fistulas and anal fissures, alongside laparoscopy, piles (haemorrhoids) and hernia. After earning his MB BS from Islamia University in 1987, Mr Arain pursued dual fellowships in surgery, gaining extensive experience while working in Pakistan and Dubai. Since relocating to the UK in 2009, he has been involved in general and colorectal surgery units, where he has treated hundreds of patients using tailored techniques that meet their specific needs and preferences.
