When I met Dr Al-Khayatt, I had only a limited understanding of the tests and examination that were to take place, and so was a little apprehensive. He quickly and easily put any concerns to rest; carefully explaining what was to happen at each stage of testing, and ensuring that I understood. His calmness and compassionate empathy was in stark contrast to some other clinicians I have seen, and I wish all staff were able to reassure their patients with such ease!
