Mr Shetty graduated from Manipal University in India in 1995 before obtaining his master’s degree in trauma and orthopaedic surgery in 1997. 13th July 2024 Mr. Rohit Shetty – Consultant Spinal Surgeon and his team carried out major spinal surgery on me, due to cervical stenosis and myelopathy - C4/C5 on the 6th of June 2024 at Whittington Hospital, London (Cervical Spondylosis ). I am of course really frightened of major surgery due to my advanced age (76 Years) but Mr. Rohit Shetty carefully explained the whole procedure to me in detail so that I was totally confident to go ahead with the surgery without any hesitation. I was extremely impressed in the way the whole procedure was clearly explained to me. The whole procedure went extremely well and I am so thankful to Mr. Shetty. Mr. Rohit Shetty also carried out major Spinal Surgery (L4/L5 Posterior Decompression and Fusion) also at Whittington Hospital in November 2023 which went exactly as planned. I am now free of pain and any future complications which would have happened if the surgery was not done. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Rohit Shetty for anyone needing complex Spinal Surgery as I am totally satisfied with the complex surgeries he has carried out on me.
