Dr Thomas Newsom-Davis a leading consultant medical oncologist based in London, practising at the renowned Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC) clinic. He holds expert knowledge in thoracic malignancies, with a particular focus on lung cancer and mesothelioma. Furthermore, he is highly skilled in the administration of chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
Dr Newsom-Davis pursued his medical studies at University College and Middlesex School of Medicine, London, in 1998, achieving First Class honours for his BSc. He then undertook specialisation in medical oncology at Charing Cross and Hammersmith Hospitals, concurrently earning a PhD in tumour immunology.
Dr Newsom-Davis leads the lung cancer service at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and serves as Vice Chair of the British Thoracic Oncology Group (BTOG) Steering Committee, an organisation dedicated to nurturing and instructing thoracic oncology experts nationwide. He also chairs the lung cancer multidisciplinary team (MDT) at the Harley Street Clinic and leads the Thoracic Oncology Board at HCA Healthcare UK.
