Dr Umesh Kumar Dashora is a leading consultant endocrinologist and diabetologist with over 20 of years experience, based in Sussex at Sussex Premier Health. His main focus is on endocrinology and diabetes mellitus, while also focusing on areas such as insulin treatment and diabetic foot. Additionally, he takes an interest in fertility PCOS and diabetes in pregnancy.  

Dr Kumar Dashora possesses a wealth of experience and in his years of experience, has worked in India and Oman as well as in the UK. He trained in India and completed research on insulin treatment for type 2 diabetes in Newcastle upon Tyne. He also takes a keen interest in medical education and has completed a masters in medical education from Brighton University.

He is a member of the executive committee for the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists and of the Royal College of Physicians. He also has a CCT in diabetes and endocrinology and general internal medicine.
