Dr Victoria Lukats is a leading consultant psychiatrist based in Brighton. Her areas of expertise include dementia (diagnosis and treatment), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In addition, she also has experience in managing mental health issues and cognitive impairment following a stroke. Dr Lukats consults privately at Flint Healthcare.
With over 25 years of experience in psychiatry, Dr Lukats was also part of the mental health liaison service and the Brighton and Hove memory assessment service at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust from 2009 to 2024. Notably, she is also the former associate clinical lead for dementia for the Kent, Sussex, and Surrey regions and the former clinical lead for dementia and older people in Brighton and Hove.
Dr Lukats holds dual CCT in both general adult psychiatry and old age psychiatry. She originally qualified with an MBBS from King’s College London and completed her psychiatry training on the prestigious Guy’s, King’s, and St Thomas’ rotational training scheme.
