Mr Ben Okafor is a highly-accomplished and experienced consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in spinal surgery, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, spine fractures, spinal disc replacement and reconstruction, as well as lumbar and cervical spinal surgery. He currently privately practises at The Harley Street Hospital, The London Clinic, as well as the Spire London East Hospital.
Mr Okafor successfully completed an MBBS at the prestigious London-based St Bartholomew's Medical School in 1987, officially became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons England in 1992, and undertook a fellowship in orthopaedic and trauma surgery throughout the UK in 1996. His main areas of interest include complex spinal surgery, spinal fusions, lumbar spine diseases and disorders, sciatica, spinal deformity, upper and lower back pain, as well as spine tumours.
Mr Okafor, who is also an honorary senior lecturer at St Bartholomew’s Medical School London, has published quite an extensive amount of peer-reviewed publications, with a particular focus on his main areas of research interest. These include functional assessment following spinal surgery, non-fusion technology for spinal surgery, spinal injections, and interbody spinal fusions.

Because I stayed in the nursing staff seemed to forget me, no water in room until I asked mssed breakfast because lady did not know I was there, night nurse could not understand why I could not get to toilet told her I had spin injections should no this
