Professor Timothy Illidge is an internationally recognised Clinical Oncologist based in Manchester, whose area of expertise lies in the management of lymphoma. He has led and been involved with many early phase and late clinical trials.

Professor Illidge completed a highly prestigious Cancer Research UK senior clinical research fellowship from 1999 until 2009. He held the post of Senior Fulbright Fellow at Stanford University, California before becoming Professor of Oncology at the University of Manchester in 2004. He is currently the Head of Division of Cancer Sciences at the university and based at the Christie Hospital.

Professor Illidge leads a translational research group devoted to developing new anti-cancer treatments. He is actively involved in representing the UK at international meetings and workshops in lymphoma.
