Dr Dipesh Patel was not prepared in our last meeting, totally waste of time, I done my blood test over a month ago, and he said he didn’t have the blood result yet, and he promised in last session there will be board meeting to discuss my MRI scan, he said it happened but he didn’t have the note?! Such waste of time, waste of resource. I would expect some level of profession in private health care, it was very disappointing.

Dr Patel is just outstanding! He’s of the “do with” school of medicine, discussing and involving me in all decisions, providing support and guidance at every stage.

Very good first appoitment with the doctor, who showed a lot of empathy and was very clear in his explanations. Would highly recommend.

Dr Patel is brilliant - clever, thorough, personable, asks very astute questions, and has a caring manner. The office itself is a bit disorganised, but the consultant's excellence outweighs that for me.
